Private parking outside the property. The shared entrance leads to a private inner hall with staircase to the first floor. Spacious lounge / dining room with large bay window, feature fireplace and deep-cushioned furnishings. Also on the first floor are the modern kitchen, and the first twin bedroom. Upstairs to the master double bedroom with large bay window and en-suite bathroom, and the additional twin bedroom with shower room.

There are numerous boating activities available on Lake Windermere, beginning in the picturesque bay. You'll find mini golf and tennis on the Glebe, a park overlooking the lake, and only a mile away is Windermere Golf Club with its wonderfully scenic course. Lake District bus tours depart from the village, providing a great opportunity to explore if you'd prefer a car-free holiday.
The village centre itself is stuffed with interesting shops, tasty cafes, useful supermarket, restaurants and traditional pubs. There's the 3-screen Royalty cinema, and the Old Laundry Theatre with its varied and interesting programme.
