Set within a select, beautifully renovated Bobbin Mill development on the edge of Ambleside village, it is within easy reach of cafes, shops, restaurants, pubs, cinemas, the lake and many walks which can be undertaken without using the car.

Located on the northern shore of Lake Windermere and offering Windermere Lake Cruises from nearby Waterhead Pier, Ambleside is a delightful place to while away a romantic Lake District holiday.
On the high street, you'll find contemporary shops, lazy cafes and tempting delis for stocking up the kitchen - such as Lucy's of Ambleside where you'll find a wide range of interesting local and international produce.
