Parking is restricted outside the property, but there are many available spaces nearby. External staircase to a shared entrance hall with secure entry system. Private inner staircase to the apartment. Open plan living area with feature arched window, focal fireplace, leather furnishings and antique flooring. The kitchen and dining area are pleasantly open to the lounge area. Both double bedrooms are beautifully coordinated. One bedroom is en-suite, the other can have sole use of the main bathroom with shower over bath.

Location
Windermere village is found on the eastern shores of Lake Windermere, just a couples of miles north of Bowness Bay. The village is only about 20 minutes from the M6, and enjoys good train connections via Oxenholme station.
Stocking up the kitchen is a particular treat in Windermere village, with a high-class Booths supermarket selling the finest local produce as well as everyday essentials. The village has a traditional butcher, and many other useful shops making it an ideal holiday base.
Just a couple of miles down the road from Windermere is Bowness village, nestled on the shores of Lake Windermere. While staying nicely away from the bustle of this popular Lake District holiday destination, you'll be within easy reach of Bowness Bay's romantic lake cruises, hire boats and lake shore activities - as well as lively nightlife and an excellent range of restaurants.
If you're keen on walking in the Lake District, Windermere is a great place to start. There are several scenic routes in the immediate area, including Orrest Head which promises fabulous lake views from the very manageable summit.
If you'd like to explore famous routes around Ambleside, in the Langdale Valley, Grasmere or even the Coniston Fells, your position just off the A591 (the main route into the heart of the Lakes) will ensure simple and manageable journeys to your starting point.
