For a special evening out, venture only a mile to the acclaimed Drunken Duck Inn and Restaurant - locally regarded as one of the finest Lake District gastropubs. In nearby Ambleside, you'll find even more choice; from cosy traditional Lakeland pubs to sophisticated restaurants such as The Glass House, in a spectacular converted saw mill.
