Parking permit provided for the local streets. Entrance lobby leading to the bright but cosy lounge, with a lovely outlook, leather furnishings and a contemporary electric fire for ease of use. Contemporary kitchen / dining room with a door to the rear courtyard, which also has access to a private bike store. Upstairs to the 2 bedrooms; 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. Both are modern in style and decorated in soothing neutral colours. House bathroom with shower over bath.

Ambleside is easily accessible via the scenic A591, which leads you to the village's scenic location on the northern shores of Lake Windermere. Ambleside village has a cosmopolitan feel, a wealth of sophisticated shopping, a leisurely cafe culture and a wide range of acclaimed Lake District restaurants. Venues such as the Glass House restaurant in the village centre, or the famous Drunken Duck Inn and Restaurant in a rural location nearby, are some of the finest dining experiences in the Lakes.

Just outside the village at Waterhead Pier, you'll find a handful of lake shore restaurants as well as the Windermere Lake Cruises departure point. These elegant steamers provide your a stunning car-free route to Bowness and Lakeside - evening cruises are also available.
