Park right outside the property in a Bowness conservation area. Victorian door leads to Victorian tiled hall, then the bright oak-floored lounge with leather furnishings and original fireplace. Novels, DVDs and games are provided. Glossy designer kitchen with modern fixtures and fittings, including elegant dining area. Back door leading to private courtyard patio and utility. First floor: King-sized master bedroom, large twin room and fantastic house bathroom with shower over bath and cloakroom with 3rd WC.
