The accommodation comprises; an entrance porch leads you into a hallway with ground floor cloakroom housing the 2nd WC / wash basin; the kitchen / dining room is beautiful and overlooks the garden and has everything you need including an Aga, said to be the heart of any good home. The lounge displays adorning oak beams, has a wonderful fireplace with warming woodburning stove and sumptuous leather furnishings to ensure relaxation. Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms and here the views improve further. The bathroom is contemporary and fresh and designed for long soaks after a day on our fells. Outside the gardens are a real feature with stunning views and a place to truly live al fresco and listen to the tumbling small waterfall, please be aware of a pond also in the garden for young children.
