This romantic Lake District cottage in the Lyth Valley is ideally placed for a peaceful retreat. But the location is far from inconvenient; nestled in the village of Crosthwaite you are only a few hundred yards from one of the finest Lake District pub restaurants, The Punch Bowl Inn & Restaurant. You'll soon see why Crosthwaite's village church is a sought-after location for weddings in the Lake District. A few miles along country roads, and you'll reach Bowness and Lake Windermere, and the main A591 route leading you on to other popular areas such as Ambleside, Grasmere and beyond. From Bowness you can also take a car-ferry crossing to reach Hawkshead.
