The kitchen / dining room also reveals wonderful dual aspect views. The kitchen is well-equipped with electric oven and gas hob and tastefully finished with polished wood. Kitchen also gives access to rear garden and furnished patio. Upstairs to the 3 spacious bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 twin) all enjoying glorious views, with tasteful decorations and deep, inviting beds. Two elegantly laid out bathrooms on this floor, 1 with shower room and 1 with shower over bath.

An short and level walk away from Ambleside village centre, you'll find Waterhead Pier. Windermere Lake Cruises depart from here throughout the day, to Bowness and Lakeside; what a way to explore car-free!
Touring and walking is scenic in every direction from Ambleside - it's a fantastic base for exploring. Head south to the Troutbeck Valley, Windermere and Bowness; west to Langdale, Hawkshead and Coniston or north to Thirlmere and Keswick. Perfect!
