Private parking for 2 cars. Enter via your private balcony / verandah and enter to a hallway. Chic living room with deep-cushioned leather sofas, open to the modern dining area and contemporary kitchen. Master king-size en-suite bedroom with doors to the verandah. 2nd double bedroom also with en-suite bathroom and soothing, natural decor. Broadband access is available in reception on a pay-as-you-go basis. Outside, as well as enjoying the surroundings on your verandah, you'll have free reign of this fabulous lake shore estate boasting over half a mile of private lake shore.

For a special evening out, venture only a mile to the acclaimed Drunken Duck Inn and Restaurant - locally regarded as one of the finest Lake District gastropubs. Windermere Lake Cruises depart regularly from Waterhead Pier in Ambleside. For a wonderful day out, walk from the Pullwood Bay estate to Ambleside village and then take a 'steamer' cruise to Bowness or Lakeside and back. Just one of the many fabulous days out to be had in the area!
