Private drive leads to ample parking outside the property. Entrance hall leads to lounge with comfortable furnishings, traditional fireplace and light from large windows. Well-equipped kitchen with utility room leading to large garden (with sun house).
Kitchen is open plan to dining room, with family-size dining table. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor: King-sized double bedroom with dressing room and adjacent house bathroom, plus second double bedroom with W/C and basin.
A steep cabin-style staircase leads to the first floor suite: double bedroom with dressing room, and en-suite bathroom with corner bath.

Location
Situated just outside vibrant Bowness on the way to Windermere Golf Club and the fabulous country gastropubs of the Lyth Valley, Brantfell Lodge takes a superb location for a self-catering holiday in the Lake District. Bowness is well-served with supermarket, shops, cafes and a great range of restaurants and pubs. You'll even find a cinema, the Old Laundry Theatre and plenty of attractions for families or groups.
Stroll down the high street to the lake shore and piers, where hire boats come and go and Windermere Lake Cruises offer scenic journeys to Ambleside or Lakeside. For walking groups, this is a great spot to return to after a hard day on the fells. Navigation throughout the Lakes is easy (you're just off the A591) and there's everything you need to restore and entertain within easy reach.
