A leafy lane leads to the cottage with private parking right outside the entrance porch. Enter the property through a stable door leading to utility area, ground floor shower room and additional W.C. Extensively equipped breakfast kitchen leads to dining room; a superb room with a fantastic view and warmed by an original range. Inner hallway leads to lounge, a relaxing and richly decorated room with luxury furnishings and fabulous window views. Look out for deer from the window! Upstairs to three spacious bedrooms; two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. The view can even be enjoyed from the modern house bathroom, with shower over bath.

The Troutbeck Valley is a lush, breathtaking landscape of grazing pastures, wildlife, woodland and scattered countryside homes. This rural location provides peace and seclusion, unforgettable views and a real taste of Lakeland countryside living, also it's a paradise for walkers, with spectacular routes straight from your door and no busy car parks to deal with. Despite all this, the village of Troutbeck is still only a short drive from the bustling centres of Windermere, Bowness and Ambleside, where it's a joy to stock up in the local shops and supermarkets. Admire the shores of Lake Windermere, take a leisurely cruise or sample the fine array of pubs and restaurants.
