Modern, well-equipped kitchen and elegant dining area with comfortable room for 6 people.  2 double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, all with en-suite bathrooms and luxurious carpet under foot. There is also an additional house bathroom, designed for a long soak after a day on the fells!

Between Ambleside and Windermere, this holiday home in Troutbeck Valley is set amidst spectacular Lakeland Fells at the start of the dramatic Kirkstone Pass road. Although popular for its unique rural landscapes, Troutbeck village is free of busy car parks, tourist centres and hectic shops.

Despite this air of escape, it's only a few minutes drive to facilities and restaurants in Windermere, the shores of Lake Windermere itself and the main road route to visit Ambleside, Rydal Water, Grasmere and beyond.
