Entrance hall leading to the drawing room, a place for total relaxation in deep cushioned sofas by the woodburner and with lake view. The dining room is perfect for formal dining, great food, even better wine and conversation late into the night. The kitchen has everything you may need even useful extras such as a hostess trolley and access to the garden. Upstairs to the lavish bedrooms, the master king size with beautiful leather sleigh bed, private balcony with lake view and en-suite bathroom. The second king size bedroom has access to its own verandah and there are two further beautiful bedrooms one further en-suite and two separate extra bathroom facilities. Outside the garden is a true delight with sun terrace with lake view and perfect for al-fresco living.
Location
On the eastern shores of Lake Windermere, this fabulous property is within easy reach of the village of Bowness. There you'll find everything you need for stocking up the kitchen; shops, delicatessens, and supermarket. You'll also as a fabulous range of restuarants, local pubs and vibrant bars. It's a place to socialise and a place to return to! Also from Bowness Bay you can take to the lake - hire boats, romantic row boats, leisurely lake cruises (stopping at Ambleside and Lakeside) and of course the Royal Windermere Yacht Club for serious sailors.
The Windermere Golf Club is only a few minutes away, as are several nationally-acclaimed country gastropubs in the nearby Lyth and Winster Valleys.
