Parking right outside your boat house with level access to the property. Entrance hall with oak flooring and beautiful furnishings. Here is a boiler / drying room being ideal for walking or sailing clobber. The open plan living space is simply magnificent with a full wall of glass gazing at that magnificent view, patio doors to the large balcony where al-fresco living is at its best. The designer kitchen has all you may need and is open to the sumptuous leather furnishings. The three bedrooms are chic and sophisticated, two king size one with en-suite power shower room and then there is a twin bedroom and separate bathroom. Don't forget the balcony and lake access.
