An unusual feature for its location within the village is a very pretty paved garden bordered by a variety of shrubs and ideal for al fresco meals and barbeques. Carefully and comfortably furnished, with a lovely cottagy atmosphere and plenty of thoughtful personal touches, it is well situated in the attractive old-world part of Ambleside - handy for a good choice of walks and for the village centre.
The accommodation comprises - entrance to roomy and very well fitted kitchen with breakfast table and chairs lovely long living room with dining and sitting areas, and electric fire in old stone fireplace to cheer dull evenings stairs to three pleasant bedrooms (1 double with en-suite shower room, 1 twin, 1 bunks) and recently refurbished bathroom detached laundry room at rear of garage, with large sink (excellent for washing wellies!) and 'outside' WC small garage suitable for storing bikes etc. patio style garden parking.
