Appropriately named this tall town house enjoys a full wall of picture windows, leading out to a balcony, where you can gaze out over the roof tops towards Lake Windermere and the surrounding Lake District mountains.
The Heights enjoys the best of both worlds, as it stands handsomely in a quiet backwater with super views, yet is only a few minutes stroll to the bustling life of Bowness-on-Windermere. This village is alive with mouth-watering restaurants, local shops and pubs together with a rich variety of water borne activities on the shores of Lake Windermere. Back inside your chosen holiday home, you have lots of space and you are flooded with light through the fabulous windows on the top floor. Upstairs the views set the mood and the ingenious layout is perfect for a holiday during any season here in The Lakes.
The accommodation comprises; small entrance hall with stairs to the first floor and access into the second lounge with pull down double bed for occasional use.
There is a second kitchen on the ground floor with a second bathroom facility and access to the enclosed rear garden. On the first floor there are two spacious double bedrooms and the second bathroom. Upstairs again to an open plan lounge / dining room with the wall of windows and access to the balcony. The second kitchen is also on the top floor.
Outside there is also private parking for 2 cars right next to the property
