The utility doubles as a 2 nd kitchen at the lower level. Also at this level is a King size bedroom with fabulous views and a separate shower room. On the first level are two further bedrooms; a second King size suite and a double with bathroom and en-suite facility to the double bedroom. On the top level is the triple bedroom and 4th WC.
