The accommodation comprises: an external staircase affords access to the property from the rear of the original old Victorian building. A modern state of the art kitchen greets you – this kitchen has everything you need. An inner hallway leads to all rooms on this first floor level. The stunning lounge is lavishly furnished with box bay window to gaze at the view. The beautiful dining room also affords the view and is ideal for formal gatherings. The modern bathroom is on this level as is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. The spacial flow original Victorian staircase leads to the top floor and galleried landing. At this level are three stylish and co-ordinated bedrooms – each with super views and there is "The Den" to escape to. Outside is the garden with furniture – a great place to soak up summer days.
