The accommodation comprises; the entrance hall has space for all walking gear and a modern shower room with walk-in double shower cubicle, washbasin and WC. A short flight of stairs takes you into the special lounge, which is open plan to the dining room. This room is cascading with Lake District light, boasting patio doors out to the sun terrace commanding the wonderful views and French windows out to the patio / garden. There is a deep cushioned chocolate brown corner leather sofa and beautiful furnishings as well as the woodburning stove. The large kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you may need and also has access out to the rear patio / garden. A short flight of stairs leads to the bathroom and the three bedrooms, all beautifully equipped with co-ordinated linens and lovely views especially from the master king size bedroom. The den is well set up for any child or adult!
