The accommodation comprises; park a few yards from the front door or unload in the courtyard entrance. Entrance into the breakfast kitchen with all you need. The lounge is a beautiful room, full of space and with adorning oak beams and inglenook fireplace with warming woodburner; the sumptuous sofas are set on a stripped floor with rugs and there is a dining area, ideal for formal gatherings with good food, wine and chat late into the evening. At this level there is a useful utility room. Stairs lead to the first floor with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The views from this level are wonderful and at this level you have a stable door leading to the delightful garden and patio area; this is a private spot to relax and a great place to enjoy al-fresco living. A second flight of stairs takes you somewhere very special indeed; the bedroom with wonderful A framed oak beams set into the vaulted ceiling and with spectacular views - wow, what a bedroom this is. There is an en-suite facility and don't forget the beautiful 'bedknobs & broomsticks' bed.
