The vast balcony is perfect for meals al-fresco or loosing yourself in a good book. Canoeing and fishing are just 2 ideal ways to enjoy this location. Only 100 yards over the bridge to The Swan Hotel with its wonderful leisure club, bar and restaurants. This location has many local attractions, including Holker Hall, Cartmel and of course, the whole Lake District with a wealth of water borne activities on the lake itself. The accommodation comprises: external steps to 1st floor. Entrance porch. The wonderful open plan living area with breathtaking views, vaulted ceiling and original beams. The lounge area is truly relaxing, the dining area has patio doors to the glorious balcony / sun terrace; and the kitchen has everything you need. Both bedrooms are modern and fresh and the bathroom ideal for relaxing after a hard day on the fells. Please note the Swan Leisure Club has been undergoing renovation, the wet facilities will be open from 7th May but the gym will not be open until 1st June.
