You will receive free membership to one of the private leisure clubs shown below. All you need do is check each individual facilities list (on the property page you visit) to see which Leisure Club membership is included.

Ambleside Salutation Health Club

		After investing nearly £2 million in refurbishments and the creation of ‘The Ambleside Salutation Leisure and Spa’ it is now surely the new home of one of the most advanced exercise offerings in the Lake District.
Our state-of-the-art facilities include all of the latest world class Technogym equipment with built in televisions and Ipod docks, to enable you to watch and listen to what YOU want when YOU want, cardio and resistance trainers, Kinesis and free weights. Club entry from 7.30am to 5.00pm		`
Low Wood Leisure Club
On the shores of Lake Windermere between the villages of Ambleside and Windermere, you can enjoy one of the most original pools in the country. The 50ft pool features underwater bubble bursts, raindrop showers, waterfalls, a luxurious eight seater spa bath, sauna and steam rooms.
The Low Wood Health and Beauty therapists will soothe away stresses and strains using the finest essential oil products by ‘Decleor of Paris’ and a wide range of treatments and sunbeds which must be booked in advance - 015394 39396. The aerobics studio also boasts a range of classes which can be booked in advance subject to availability. If you like your sport to be fast, challenging and competitive, then a glass back tournament Squash Court offers just that opportunity. Membership entitles you to a 10% discount on all meals taken in the restaurants or any pre-booked water sports. Club entry from 7.30am and last entry at 5.00pm. (NO children before 8.30am).
Langdale Country Club
The award winning Langdale Country Club forms part of the widely advertised hotel and timeshare development on the secluded Langdale Estate. The club has recently undergone a major refurbishment.
Such changes include: A new heated pool which is longer, wider and chlorine free, a new generation sauna which combines heat, steam and moisture and the changing rooms have been sensibly re-designed for greater comfort and convenience. The state of the art fitness studio has been fitted out with brand new equipment and the squash court has been relocated. The health and beauty salon now offers a full range of Guinot treatments plus anything from reflexology to Indian head massage. Special pamper packages can be arranged in advance.

Windermere Manor Leisure Club
	This private leisure club facility is found in a magnificent setting overlooking Lake Windermere within the Windermere Manor private hotel. Operated by the well know charity ‘Action For Blind People’, this facility has now been opened to private members so you too can enjoy the excellent facilities of the club as well as the hotel.
The indoor heated swimming pool is a relaxing place to swim with a depth ranging from half a meter to 1.5 meters, being ideal for new swimmers and the small yet fully equipped gym is perfect for keeping you in shape. There is also a solarium and sauna facility. After all this the hotel provides an excellent bar; a perfect place to eat, drink, unwind and indulge yourself after a hard day on our Fells and take in the wonderful scenery. Club entry from 9.30am to 6.30pm daily, the club is closed daily between 1pm and 3pm for hotel residents only.

Damson Dene Leisure Club
This private leisure club, found deep in the Damson countryside, is only a few minutes from Bowness on Windermere, and we invite you to unwind or re-energise in these superb facilities. This club does not care whether you can touch your toes, and doesn't mind if you can't even see them; you'll feel extremely comfortable there.
There is an excellent indoor pool, spa bath, sauna, steam room and professional gym, and for the more energetic a squash court, and if you are looking to be pampered there is a beauty treatment room. After all that the Damson Dene Hotel provides an excellent bar and restaurant… a perfect place to unwind and indulge yourself. Club entry from 7:30am - 9:30pm daily

The Swan Hotel
	The four star Swan Hotel has been famed for its beautiful location, fabulous food and luxurious accommodation since its early days as a 17th Century coaching inn. In January 2007 The Swan Hotel refurbished its restaurants, pub and function suites and became a smoke free environment and we have free wireless internet access throughout for our customers. Enjoy a dip in our swimming pool, relax in the Jacuzzi, sauna or steam room or burn off the stresses of the day in our fully equipped Gym.

Wordsworth Leisure Club
.	This wonderful swimming pool and gymnasium are found within the beautiful ‘Wordsworth Hotel’ in the heart of Grasmere village. Exclusive to certain properties in our Grasmere section only, what an excellent place to start the day with a dip in the beautiful pool or relax along with the jacuzzi after a hard day out on the fells
There is a small fitness room /mini gym for the more energetic and use of a sauna and solarium at a small premium (currently £2.00 per session and you need to reserve them half an hour prior to using.) After all that, this wonderful hotel provides an excellent bar and restaurant…a perfect place to unwind and indulge. Club entry from 8am to 8pm daily
