Established over 31 years ago we are proud to provide the ultimate ‘full package’ in our field and are recognised by our governing body, VisitBritain, awarded the AQA, as a Quality Accredited Agency with our policies, procedures and practices assessed and fully approved.
During the process of preparing your individual marketing material we introduce you to our different heads of departments for reservations/ housekeeping & maintenance; your property is assigned an individual caretaker who is responsible for each changeover, supervised by our team. Our highly motivated reservations team will visit your property to ensure each of our friendly and efficient receptionists know every detail not only of your dream home but also everything your holidaymakers wish to know about our area.
Our services include all added extras such as towels; cots, high chairs etc and any individual extras will be discussed with you when we meet. We are members of Cumbria Tourism together with being affiliated to EASCO. Your property will also be inspected annually by VisitBritain to receive a nationwide recognition and grading. Lakelovers operate at the higher quality end of the self catering business and as such only accept propererties capable of achieving a three star or higher grading.
Lakelovers comprehensive programme of advertising includes most National papers, many magazines, every relevant Tourist Board publication and a host of seasonal promotions. Our web based activities also ensure your property is prominently featured to a worldwide audience.
We are here to ensure you are kept up to date with changes in legislation relevant to our industry and your investment and we will recommend insurance companies to you together with making sure your property is not only achieving the desired results but is also equipped with correct safety issues at all times.
