Due to the large quantity of Lost Property that our office was accumulating each month from the holiday homes we manage, we took the decision for 2006 that any Lost Property items not claimed within 28 days from the date of departure, would go to charity.
Oxfam in Bowness on Windermere have now benefited this year from various items, glasses, clothing, toys, mobile phone chargers etc. Lakelovers have found this to be very worthwhile and hope to continue this practice for years to come.
