During the process of preparing your individual marketing material we introduce you to our different heads of departments for reservations/ housekeeping & maintenance; your property is assigned an individual caretaker who is responsible for each changeover, supervised by our team. Our highly motivated reservations team will visit your property to ensure each of our friendly & efficient receptionists know every detail not only of your dream home but also everything your holidaymakers wish to know about our area.
Our services include all added extras such as towels; cots, high chairs etc and any individual extras will be discussed with you when we meet. We are members of Cumbria Tourism together with being affiliated to EASCO. Your property will also be inspected annually by VisitBritain to receive a nationwide recognition and grading. Lakelovers operate at the higher quality end of the self catering business and as such only accept propererties capable of achieving a three star or higher grading.
