“We loved Riverside Park: so convenient for getting into Keswick and with a great view.”

Everything we could have asked for was in the accommodation, which was warm and cosy as well as being well-equipped. We loved the welcome pack of plum bread and jam, but we could have done with salt, pepper and some oil which some other accommodations have had. The parking IS tight - we have a large car, and we were pleased we had Riverside 3 as I think we'd have struggled in parking for Riverside 1. That said, we only used the car on our very wet day - the accommodation is so handy for the bus ...

That said, we only used the car on our very wet day - the accommodation is so handy for the bus station. My reason for a slight downgrade on the facilities was that the TV remote didn't work. We changed the batteries (as we did with the fire place remote) but to no avail - I think the remote needs resetting! We could only change channels with difficulty and found that changing channels/volume by using the TV itself (back to the olden days!) was the best option, but we couldn't use any SMART features either way. I did leave a note! I'm not reducing the STAR level for this, as everything else was great!
