“Everything is good except the WiFi is not working.”- Chi Ho, December 2021
“The property is a real home from home.”
It is really well equipped. We felt so relaxed and chilled out from the moment we got there. We have now stayed both summer and winter and both times were as good. Thank you for letting us stay. We will be back.- Carol, November 2021
“A lovely cozy apartment in a great location.”
We booked last minute and due to some mis communication the apartment had not been serviced on our arrival but it was soon sorted by the agents. Our only complaint was the poor lighting outside ( couldn’t see the numbers on the keypad) also the entrance area/ stairs had a broken light and was cold and uninviting. The parking space is awkward and impossible to open car doors if you park right up to the garage. Otherwise you’re sticking out next to the bins ! Having said that the apartment is lovely and I would definitely recommend and would definitely return.- Alison, November 2021
“Fantastic location within a short walking distance of Bowness.”
The hill is very steep on the return journey up so wouldn’t advise for those less able. The apartment was lovely with most items and furnishings top quality makes - Laura Ashley, Denny crockery and Prestidge cooker and microwave. Saying that and this is a personal thing. The settee is convertible into a bed and was very uncomfortable as it had a habit of the seats sloping forward when watching the TV, giving the impression that one was slipping off. If I had any critique - it would be that the entrance hall and stairs to the block need to be cleaned better, as first impressions count !!!- Stephen, September 2021
“The apartment could do with a deep clean; especially in the bathroom.”
Strong smell in the corridor that is unpleasant. Other than that it’s in a good location and had everything that we needed.- Emma, August 2021
“Could do with an overall deep clean especially in the bathroom.”
Basin has a crack. Doors need looking at as most do not close properly.- June, June 2021
