Really sorry to say but upon arrival t the site and asked for directions as where to find reluctantly they gave me a map to find the cabin, entering the cabin we found used towels on the floor of the second bedroom not a good start, then we came to our tea open the draws where bowls where kept to be met by disgusting bowl obviously not clean ( oh a joke of a tin opener ), then time for bed locking door, door lock parts where missing just about lockable almost impossible to open fortunately we got help for to fix it, we be back to the Lake District unfortunately not to this site

We have passed your comments regarding cleanliness on to those responsible for housekeeping and take feedback of this kind very seriously. In respect of the door lock, unfortunately damage does occur during periods of occupancy, however a replacement lock was ordered as soon as we became aware. We’re glad to note help was available. The use of the word ‘reluctantly’ would suggest the initial welcome from park staff was not the warmest. Whilst we can’t control the park staff we will certainly pass on your comments as again we take any issues, detrimental to your holiday, very seriously. Property Owner
