Nice seating area with views of the fields over the little road - lots of sheep! Large modern kitchen, large, comfortable lounge and dining room. And TVs in every room, including the kitchen! Lots to do locally, and the Lakes are easy to get to. The owner Paul was very friendly and helpful, sorted out a small problem very quickly with no fuss. Will definitely return to this property.
