“We had such a wonderful stay at Lingmell House.”

It's the perfect location, with easy access to Bowness and Windermere. We never had any trouble parking our car right in front of the property. The property was immaculately clean with comfortable beds and hot power showers. We appreciated the large dishwasher and American style fridge/freezer. The property was warm, bright, and very clean. The "welcome basket" was a lovely touch and we enjoyed all the goodies. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends. Small notes ...

Small notes (welcome to remove for public listing): the dishwasher requires dishwasher salt and the radiators could use a bleed. There are a few clothing items behind the washing machine that have been left by previous guests that you might want to remove. The oven thermostat seems off / the oven is running very hot - worth checking it out and perhaps having it serviced. None of this impacted our stay -- we had the most wonderful time -- but thought it might be helpful for you to know about them.

A cosy homely space to socialise and relax in the evening on the sumptuous sofa and chair. While away the evenings in front of the Smart TV with soundbar or chatting with friends or playing games with the family, or taking advantage of the accommodation’s Netflix package. The Kitchen/Diner is very well designed with a full complement of integrated appliances including an American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob and electric double oven. You have all you need to cook up a feast, a great social space where you can sit and chat with a glass of wine whilst preparing meals.
