The accommodation was great, comfortable and clean and being in the grounds of the house was amazing. The only thing that was difficult was the TV didn’t work very well and there was no one on hand all week to talk about it. All in all a wonderful holiday thanks

In order to address any issues promptly, we have a handy contact list displayed in the kitchen for guests to report any concerns or problems to our lovely staff here at Holker which includes an out of hours warden plus our offices opposite.
I note we have no record of any communication from you regarding these issues at Holker. We strongly encourage our guests to reach out to our office staff, as this allows us to quickly rectify any problems and ensure that you can continue to enjoy your time with us. Having checked the TV we have not found any issues and found it is thankfully fully operational.
