    “A quaint apartment but I must agree with other reviews it would be very cosy with 4 or 5 people staying in this 3 bedroom accomodation.”

    The beds are comfortable but the living area is quite small for 4 or 5 people. The balcony overlooks in what you can see of the river but the trees block the view and a good portion of the light entering to the living space. The hallway, stairs and landing are also quite dark due to the lack of natural light. ...

    The beds are comfortable but the living area is quite small for 4 or 5 people. The balcony overlooks in what you can see of the river but the trees block the view and a good portion of the light entering to the living space. The hallway, stairs and landing are also quite dark due to the lack of natural light. There are no instructions for any of the he equipment and the cultlery draw required a bit of a search. It would have been nice to have some milk and a bit of tea and coffee on arrival after a long journey like other properties. There is no information pack in the premises which all other properties usually have. The iron works is steeped in history and it would be nice to read about the history of the site. Being a dog owner and there being laminate flooring down stairs it would be very handy to have a mop and bucket to help keep it clean. The vacuum cleaner is battery operated and is in a holder on the wall. I assumed that the holder was wired into the mains and charged the cleaner when it was in its cradle but no, it has a separate charger and I wasn't aware of that. Another good reason to have an information folder. It's lovely to see the steam train pass by at regular intervals throughout the day. Would I stay here again? Yes I would but on this occasion it was discounted and I would not pay the full asking price.
