“The cottage was beautiful and had everything that we needed.”

    ...

The only thing that let it down slightly was the cleaning. A couple of the toilets hadn’t been cleaned properly (marks on toilet seats) and one of the baths hadn’t been cleaned properly - there was a very sticky substance on the base of the bath. Prior to this stay, whenever we’ve arrived at one of your cottages, there has always been some soap / handwash in either the kitchen and / or bathrooms but on this occasion there wasn’t. There was a half bottle of hand sanitizer in the kitchen and that was it. With the COVID situation, it may be worth reviewing the cleaning and handwash arrangements. We left behind three bottles of handwash upon our departure ready for the next group staying there.
