With the safety of our customers and owners in mind, and in line with the latest travel guidance, we are only accepting new bookings that have a check-in date after the 3rd July 2020.
In light of the recent COVID-19 pandemic, we are providing property owners and suppliers with guidance for cleaning, disinfecting and sanitation of properties during a guest change over.
At Lakelovers we know that your holiday is a precious time for you, your family and friends and that’s why we want to make it as hassle-free and safe as possible, giving you the peace of mind to sit back and enjoy.
We at Lakelovers understand that people’s priorities towards self-catering accommodation may have changed and we want to reassure you that your property has been cleaned and sanitised.
We have created the ‘Stay Safe’ badge that will provide you our owners and also our guests with total confidence that everything has been done right.

We appreciate that some guests may have bookings that are impacted by government guidance, this is constantly being reviewed and updated and is subject to change. Before deciding whether to travel, customers should ensure they have checked and understood the relevant government guidance that is applicable to their party and party make-up.
If as a result of government guidance or restrictions, the property is available to you but your party mix is against the guidance and you decide you do not wish to travel, we will do our best to facilitate a change of date subject to the property owners agreement, however this is at the full discretion of the property owner.
