We fully understand every aspect of owning and running a holiday property and want to help wherever we can. We are best placed to assist with tax enquiries, provide you with supporting documentation and help grow your income. We appreciate that your investment in a dream holiday property brings with it an obligation to fund regular financial running costs and commitments. As well as keeping you updated with a monthly statement of income and charges, more importantly payments are made in a timely and regular manner irrelevant of the time of year. Our Accounts department are on hand Monday to Friday to answer any queries you may have.
Owning and letting a holiday home is quite different to your own home. There are numerous statutory obligations you need to comply with and we can guide you through everything that is required and assist wherever possible to ensure you are fully compliant in all. From Landlord Gas Safety Certificates to Public Liability Insurance, we know everything there is to know ensuring that you are kept abreast of Legislative guidelines and developments from one year to the next. Over the years we have become accustomed to locating suitable professional services to assist our owners. We have only recommend those services providers known to us and to have a proven track record in their field.
Bookings are our focus, yet day or night our dedicated team of professionals care for your property ensuring it receives the right nourishment for growth.
We recognise not all our property owners have the same requirements. Unlike many other agencies we are able to assess your individual needs and are happy tailor our services accordingly. We are able to offer a simple ‘meet and greet’ service and advise your cleaner of bookings, let you manage your own guests or simply provide a supporting maintenance service. We are equally happy to relieve you of all the hassle and offer a fully managed service. All our services are charged separately and can be agreed to suit your needs and more importantly budget.
From marketing your property, taking bookings, to supporting you and the holidaymaker throughout the holiday period, a fully managed service really does take the hassle away from you. We meet and greet all your guests, provide experienced cleaners who will access your property to carry out a cleaning every changeover including laundering of the bed linen, carry out regular checks of your property using our unique, highly experienced and qualified ‘Checkers’ and perform all necessary repairs and remedial works. All the services are designed to maximise your bookings and keep your property in tip top condition throughout the year. We deal with all aspects of payment on your behalf for all the services provided including where required the repair or replacement of incidentals. The relevant services are charged to your monthly statement. In excess of this we provide an emergency telephone line for an invaluable out of hours response for all your guests queries.
Many of our owners are happy to make their own arrangements for the provision of services for their guests. They may choose to do this themselves or obtain their own designated Caretaker or Maintenance provider. In such cases we act as a booking agent, marketing your property and accepting bookings. We simply notify you of bookings and you welcome your guests ensuring that that their holiday requirements are met in accordance with our booking term and conditions.
Our full time skilled maintenance team can cover all aspects of your property maintenance. From joinery to plumbing, window cleaning to gardening, remedial works to full refurbishment projects we are able to offer a fast and proficient service to help maintain and enhance the standard of your valuable investment. In every case we are happy to provide you with an estimate for planned work, capitalising from our own in house skills to third part contractors known to us for their competitiveness, reliability and quality of workmanship.
