We have identified areas in which we would like to deliver an even better service for you. Demonstrating our commitment and support to you we have increased the number of Owner Relationship Managers from three to four. We are pleased to welcome Steve Wray, whom some of you may remember in his previous role as and Customer Services Manager. Steve is delighted to join the team and will no doubt be speaking to some of you soon in the course of day to day working. Over the next few months our team will be developing a strategy which will enable us to be more pro-active in our partnership with you. We now have a direct line for owner specific enquiries, such as pricing and marketing, which means that if you choose the Owner option on the call direction, your call will come directly through to ourselves. You can still choose to speak directly to our colleagues in maintenance, housekeeping, accounts or sales. As a general rule the more flexible you and your property can be the more bookings you will attract. There are a number of things that you can do to make sure that your property is attractive to different sectors of the holiday market. Guests booking holidays in the Lake District are likely to include: Families, couples and groups of friends on walking activity holidays as well as those people looking for romantic get- a- ways to full on family celebratory gatherings. Not every property will be suitable for every holiday maker but here are few tips to help make your property attractive to the widest possible range of guests.
