Biskey Nest is located on the first floor of a Victorian property in the heart of Bowness and is reached via a shared stairway. The front door opens to a hall way that runs through the apartment. The open living space includes a comfortable sofa, vintage arcade console table, large screens smart TV, feature lighting. The dining table sits in the beautiful bay window and the smart contemporary kitchen includes everything you could need including a wine fridge, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, electric hob and oven and a fridge with freezer compartment.

On the eastern shores of Lake Windermere, Bowness is a sophisticated Lakeland village with a wealth to explore and enjoy. Stroll to the lake shore to hire a row boat or power boat, or take an elegant cruise on one of the Lake Windermere steamers. Windermere Lake Cruises depart regularly to Ambleside and Lakeside; a wonderful way to explore without even using your car.
There is a great choice excellent restaurants in Bowness village all within walking distance of Biskey Nest and there are also plenty of when it comes to place to drink from traditional Lakeland pubs, smart champagne bars and excellent coffee shops, both in the village centre and the surrounding countryside.
