The property is approached from the rear car park and the apartment, on the second floor is approached via the well maintained communal stairway. On opening the front door of Chaucer View the hallway runs the length of the apartment and opens onto a spacious open plan lounge / kitchen / dining area with lovely views past the church tower to the fells beyond. The comfortable corner sofa is a great place to relax in front of the TV. There is a well planned fully fitted kitchen with everything you could need during you stay and the family dining, which shares the great views, is ideal for a family dinner or a romantic meal for two.
There are two well-furnished bedrooms to choose from; a double with a luxurious ensuite bathroom and a twin bedded room. Both bedrooms offer breath-taking view to Skiddaw and Lattrigg and a properly second to none when it comes to rooms with a view in Keswick! The bedrooms are complemented with a high quality family shower room and a cloak room on the hallway is a great place to store your outdoor gear.
To the rear of the property there is a communal car park with one allocated parking space. Additional on street parking can be found on the nearby streets.
