Ample private parking right outside; entrance hall with cloakroom / 5th WC and access to the array of reception rooms. The substantial open plan kitchen / dining facility is an excellent place to entertain / relax or spread out in the conservatory / day room section or wander out onto the balcony. The kitchen has absolutely all you may need including a separate section we call the breakfast room with an Aga, said to be the heart of every home. We think you will agree this dining area is made for formal gatherings, good food, even better wine and conversations late into the night.
The array of reception rooms carries on with the living room complete with warming woodburner and wrap around leather sofa which faces a 58 inch TV, what a great place to relax. There are two further sitting rooms, one also with 50" plasma, lots of space to segment your gatherings.
