This magnificent period residence is a castle in its own right and proudly exhibits the original tower, now a magical bedroom, with panoramic and simply breathtaking views, arguably the best from anywhere in The Lake District and probably the British Isles. Aptly named this sumptuous place literally has it all and translated the Latin meaning ‘LARGE HOUSE’, we think this sums it up to a tee!
For a holiday with 'wow factor' - this is a special place and one to spend your precious time together soaking up Lakeland's luxuries. Step inside and take pleasure in the outstanding features echoed throughout, ancient England blends effortlessly with 21st century life but the views remain exactly the same - climb to the magical tower room, here you are higher than the tallest of trees and birds fly way below you, but take a breath as this view is simply to die for!
Leave aside the 'million dollar views' for a moment and wander into the beautiful garden with terrace.
