With plenty of parking very close by and you can pull your car outside the cottage to load and unload. Entrance via stable door into the good sized and well equipped kitchen. The lounge / dining room has relaxing furnishings by the warming wood burning stove. There is a door to the rear cottage garden.
Upstairs to the bedrooms; a king size and a double. There is also a dressing room with occasional daybed or extra single bed making the cottage suitable for a family of four who would prefer three bedrooms. The bedrooms have a lovely outlook and the double has access to a balcony. The bathroom has a bath and power shower over.

Visit and you'll lose yourself in tasty delis, find walking advice in expert shops, and stroll to the lake shore to hop on a ferry at Waterhead Pier - cruises depart regularly to take you the full length of the lake with stops at Bowness and Lakeside. Continue from Ambleside on the A591, and you'll come across Rydal Water and historic Grasmere, inspirational home of William Wordsworth.
