Unrestricted parking may be possible outside the front of the property, but is not guaranteed. 2 visitor’s parking permits are provided for vehicles for the surrounding streets. There are wonderful views of Loughrigg and Wansfell from this property. This is a very popular property which persuades visitors to return.
Accommodation in detail
The Lounge leads off the hall. Sumptuous sofas on a large rug face the fabulous woodburning stove. The oak bay window seat is a lovely place to relax in the afternoon sun. The Dining Room with fabulous oak floor leads into the kitchen. Granite work tops, colour coded fridge and dish washer are amongst the attributes. The mezzanine first floor offers a fully equipped utility room.
The First floor has master bedroom with king size bed and fully tiled luxury en-suite shower. The house bathroom is fully tiled with slipper bath, large shower with drench rose. On the second floor there are two further bedrooms. The front room has a king size bed with views of Loughrigg. The rear room has a single bed with views over Wansfell Pike.
