We arrived to a cold house, no instructions how to use the house only a card telling us what to do when we leave.
After giving the house a good clean we were able to enjoy our stay, especially as it turned out to be a warm house.
I suggest you reimburse me at least 25% for my time and inconvenience sorting the house out.
This is not what I expect from Your company, we have stayed in large houses, small houses on our own or as a 10 and we are booked again in September, near Ellesmere, Shropshire. Our stays are not always in our name. We have enjoyed everyone.
I have taken pictures of the bowl full of dirty water, the used plaster, hair band etc, if you think I am making this up.
As I said you need to change your cleaners. Am I angry? YES!!!
