A stylish and contemporary Bowness residence in a superb location; only a 2 minute stroll from the village and lake shore, but slightly elevated to give spectacular views towards Lake Windermere and the fells beyond. The elegant living space forms a great retreat for families or friends. Sociable areas extend to both a sunny front terrace and peaceful rear patio garden. You’ll enjoy views from all 3 bedrooms, but it has to be said the king-size master is a particular treat.
Kids (or big kids!) will also be chuffed to find a great little upstairs den. As well as being convenient for attractions and entertainment in Bowness, and of course on Lake Windermere, Lingmoor is also a great base for walking. A wide variety of routes begin on your doorstep, and the property backs onto Brantfell - a fabulous route with fabulous views as you climb.
