Entrance porch leading to an entrance hall and from here you have access to three reception rooms; the living room has a large bay window overlooking the garden towards the superb view and this sitting room is a great place to socialise and relax by the fire. The dining room also enjoys the views, and what a great place for formal gatherings, great food, even better wine and conversation late into the night. The spacious and well equipped breakfast kitchen has everything you may need with a separate boot room / utility ideal for drying wet gear.
On the ground floor is a cloakroom / 3rd WC. Upstairs to the bedrooms; 2 king size, one with lake view and one with en-suite shower room. One twin bedroom and one super king size or twin (please specify how you would like this room made up when booking). This room has access to the en-suite shower room previously mentioned as there is a door to both bedrooms, known as a 'Jack & Jill' facility. Also on this level is a house bathroom with shower over bath.
