A parking permit is provided so you can park on the lane outside the property and nearby. What an attractive entrance to this beautiful cottage complete with honeysuckle round the door; entrance porch with slate floor and perfect for walking clobber. An inner hallway leads into the cosy living room with sumptuous furnishings by the warming woodburner. The kitchen / dining room has everything you may need as well as a separate utility / boot room which has a stable door leading out to the patio / garden complete with garden furniture as this sunny spot is ideal for al-fresco living on sunny days.
Upstairs to the first floor double bedroom with lovely views towards Loughrigg and a second sitting / TV room with Smart TV also with great views; this room has its own shower room. Upstairs again to the top floor where the views get even better and a second double bedroom with separate dressing room and its own bathroom with shower attachment and bath.

You'll also find a wide range of pubs, serving hearty food and real Lakeland ale - notable for its lake shore setting is the Wateredge Inn. Windermere Lake Cruises depart from Waterhead Pier, just outside Ambleside village centre. The elegant 'steamers' offer regular trips to Bowness and Lakeside - a great way to explore without driving.
