This enchanting 17th century Lakeland cottage has had an indulgent contemporary refurbishment, creating an oasis of luxury in a breathtaking rural setting. The sublime location has to be experienced to be appreciated; a walker’s paradise of lush green valley that’s still only a few miles from the villages of Broughton and Coniston.
If you're looking forward to a sociable gathering - two couples, friends or family - you'll love the chic reception rooms. A crisp fitted kitchen with designer dining set, elegant living room with woodburning stove, plus a cosy snug with fireside 'love seat'. The bedrooms are just as special, the bathrooms out of a glossy magazine... it's no wonder Rose Cottage is an Enjoy England Gold Award winner.
