In light of the recent COVID-19 pandemic, we have provided property owners and suppliers with recommendations and guidance for cleaning, disinfecting and sanitisation of properties during guest changeovers.
Cleanliness is incredibly important and plays a key part in the health and safety, satisfaction and overall experience of a guest’s holiday, and now more than ever, it is critical to reduce the risk of spreading infection.
Our property owners have been provided with cleaning guidance and advice that covers the following areas:
— Use of Protective Personal Equipment by cleaners or changeover staff
— Use of effective and adequate disinfectants and cleaning methods
— Allotment of extra time to allow for additional cleaning
— The requirement for all cleaning staff to work to relevant government social distancing guidelines, if working as a team.
