Supporting St.John’s Hospice – Sunflower Appeal

St John’s Hospice provides care, compassion and support to patients, families and the wider community across North Lancashire, the South Lakes and parts of North Yorkshire and have been doing so for 35 years.  

We’re delighted to be headline sponsors of their brilliant ‘Sunflower’ Appeal- representing love, strength and vibrancy at this very difficult time.  They are inviting people to dedicate a sunflower to a loved one and support their local Hospice at the same time.  

Each £35 donation buys one metalwork sunflower that will combine to make up two flower installations in Lancaster and South Lakeland and will be open to the community, to visit, photograph and enjoy, in a similar way to the poppy displays over the past few years. 

After the installations, each sunflower will be available to collect by each donor and taken home to be displayed or gifted on to a loved one.  

The Sykes family are supporting the campaign in many different ways and we hope to raise the profile of the Sunflower Appeal and raise much-needed funds for this brilliant local charity.
